Welcome Home

Thank you for visiting the Port Orange Plantation Homeowners Association website. Our goal is to provide you with all our community information in one convenient location. This includes community resources and information about the Port Orange Plantation HOA.

Our Community

We are located in the heart of Port Orange, surrounded by serene lakes and parks. Our location is quiet and peaceful, yet offers great access to all the attractions our town has to offer.

Port Orange Plantation is located in one of the best school zones in the county, and our residents are proud to call their neighborhood home!

Our Board

The Port Orange Plantation Homeowners Association, Inc. was founded with the goal of fostering a safe and welcoming environment for our community while overseeing the enforcement of our neighborhood’s bylaws and covenants. Our association is led by a Board of Directors, made up of residents who are elected to serve in these positions on a voluntary basis.

The board warmly invites you to join our monthly board meetings. These meetings provide valuable updates on the latest developments within the association and offer an opportunity for members to participate in decisions that affect the entire community. It’s also a great chance to interact with the board members who manage the HOA’s operations, as well as to connect with other members of the association.

Important Information

The purpose of the Architecture Review Board (ARB) is to ensure that the size, style, building materials, and overall appearance of a new structure align with the association’s design standards. Therefore, before starting a new project or making changes to an existing, homeowners MUST submit their plans to the Architectural Review Board to ensure compliance with these requirements.

Owners that fail to complete and submit an ARB Application prior to work being done will be issued a $50.00 fine.

Architectural review requests must include detailed drawings and a survey showing the proposed changed drawn to scale. After ARB approval, all changes are subject to requirements of Port Orange and/or Volusia County permitting. If a permit is required, please submit a copy to the ARB.

You can send additional required information, including survey and/or pictures to ARB & Covenant Enforcement at support@toutmgmt.com.
